The data controller is stroydom.ge, a construction company operating in Tbilisi and across Georgia. For any questions about personal data, write to us at info@stroydom.ge.

From the request form: your name and phone number (required), plus the message text if you choose to leave one.

Technical data captured on submission: IP address, browser type (user-agent), the date and time of your request, the page it was sent from, and how you reached the site (referring site or ad tags in the link). This helps us guard against spam and handle your request.

To get in touch with you about your request, prepare an estimate, and deliver the service. We do not use your data for marketing communications without your separate consent.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the relevant box and submitting the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

Your request is stored in the company’s request database and reaches an authorized staff member as a Telegram notification. The website and the request database run on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising.

Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and follow up with you, after which it is deleted. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. Just write to info@stroydom.ge and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The website uses Yandex Metrica with a click map and Session Replay (Webvisor) to understand what is difficult to use and improve the site. Webvisor records cursor movements, clicks and page scrolling.

Metrica sets its own cookies. Recording of form field contents is disabled: the name, phone number and request text you enter are not included in Webvisor recordings.

You can opt out in your browser settings (blocking cookies) or with Yandex’s Metrica opt-out add-on. Apart from that, we rely only on the technical means required to run the site and protect the form.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
